This crazy clown was tossin' penguins around all night. We think he was just doing it to amuse our vagrant friend over on the right. You can see how he appears to be entranced by the juggling. You'd think he sees enough of that from the buskers on the streets of the downtown Market, where he lives and works. Take off, ya hoser, eh?
