Taken at 21h30 on 20050913 with my 400mm f/5.6 lens, set at f/6 or so (I couldn't tell, it was dark out, ya see?). Lens was mounted on tripod and photo taken at 1/40s, although I had the mirror locked up for 30s before shutter (my cheap tripod ain't the most stable in the world, especially at full height).
I tried variations with longer shutter and tighter aperture but this one turned out the best.
